Without question, herbs have been used medicinally for centuries at this point.  For instance, China has a list of fifty herbs in their traditional medicine chest!  And, a common theme for numerous herbs is that they are used to promote healthy blood circulation.

I think it’s fairly common knowledge that herbs like garlic and ginger are often used to boost blood circulation. Hawthorn berry is also a natural circulation booster.  Did you know that gingko biloba actually helps with memory functions by boosting blood flow to the brain?  Did you know cayenne is thought of as very effective for strengthening capillaries and heart stimulation by improving the circulation?  Interesting that so many different natural ways of improving blood circulation have been the focus of herbal supplements and foods over the years!
