Pineapple Orange Smoothie

~ 1 cup of orange juice
~ 1 cup diced pineapple`
~ 1 banana
~ 1 heaping tablespoon of the best whey protein powder
~ 1 yogurt
~ 1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients into a blender and run on high for three minutes. Enjoy!
