During our physical activities and workouts, a key concern can be joint injury.  There are several things we can do to help prevent joint sprains.  One of the best pieces of advice I ever received is that I make sure to warm up thoroughly before beginning the strenuous part of my work out.  For instance, beginning with some light stretching, especially through the back of the legs, will not only loosen the knee and ankle joints, but also help prevent muscle pulls during  jogging.

Another helpful prevention againt joint sprain is to include a glucosamine chondroitin supplement in your daily diet.  Supplements that include glucosamine blended with chondroitin and MSM have become very popular because they’ve proven to be an excellent source of support for joint sprain prevention.
