The other day while I was having my lunch a friend came up and asked what kind of diet I was on when all he can remember is me always having milk shakes!  I laughed and explained that these meal replacements look, and actually taste just as good as milk shakes, but are full of so many more nutrients that they really do substitute for a whole meal.

My diet herbalife program, for me, consists of numerous enhancing supplements, and the main menu item is protein shakes for optimal cellular nutrition.  These shakes come in powder mix form and I make them with healthy additives like juices or rice, almond or soy milk.  I also add in some fruit so they are never the same and fit my flavor choice of the day!
