Confidence is sometimes so very hard to come by.  All of us are only human and, let’s face it, often it’s a lot easier to give up than to persevere.  As the old saying goes, a lot of things are a “lot easier said than done”!  So when we approach a task or a challenge, what’s the main thing that can give us confidence that we can do it?  Well, I suggest you ask yourself why you want to do whatever it is you want to accomplish.  That’s right, just like an actor, you need to know what your motivation is!

I know when I decided to take on my herbalife weight loss diet, I wasn’t feeling all that great.  And I really wanted just to feel better and have more energy for living life more fully.  I really didn’t think about wanting to lose weight!  I actually only thought about not wanting to miss out on my own life.  In fact, when I thought about dieting, I had a fear that I wouldn’t be able to stick to my protein shakes and low carb meal replacements without cheating!  So I really stuck to my motivation of just wanting to feel better with more energy.  And you know what?  Before I realized consciously what was happening, I had lost thirty pounds!  And then I had confidence in my diet herbalife program and confidence that I could go the distance of reaching my goal.  Oh yeah, and I felt a lot better too!
