Well, we all certainly know that it requires a few things to stay in good shape.  Basically, the formula should include proper nutrition with good calorie intake, staying hydrated while replenishing electrolytes, good physical activity and proper rest for recovery.

Let’s talk about the last two.  We discovered that nitric oxide actually causes blood vessels to dilate and that increases blood flow to the muscles.  Here’s something more to think about.  If you increase the blood flowing to exercising muscles, that blood is delivering more oxygen and nutrients which will result in muscular growth and improved strength.  Further, nitric oxide producing a surge in blood flow also increases waste removal from you muscles resulting in improved endurance and stamina!
