When considering the importance of physical activity, think of how active the young people in your life seem to constantly be.  That’s right, mobility and flexibility seem to accompany youth.  And therefore, yes, being physically active will help you stay more youthful.  But lets consider those young people for a moment.  They just naturally want to be active and on the go.  So, for them, solid nutrition becomes very important.  If they are very young, daily nutrition is absolutely vital to growth and health.

Often, kids don’t like a regimen that’s repetitive.  It can be boring to them.  The moms on my team all agree that parents need to find a way to keep nutrition varied but constant.  A good way to accomplish this on a daily basis is to use liquid vitamins that can be mixed in various drinks and juices.  That way your kids on the go can enjoy their favorite drink treats and still get their optimum daily required vitamins and minerals!
