One thing that’s become pretty clear, since I’ve started my diet herbalife program, is that not only have I become much more educated about my personal nutrition, but I’ve become much more picky!  I really have!  Sometimes I really can’t figure out what I was thinking before looking into cellular nutrition.  I honestly think I was just sadly unaware how important basic nutrition is.

Now, I really go after knowledge about anything that will help insure I’m getting optimum nutrition for great health.  For instance, it’s important to know that research has shown the proper intake of omega 3 fatty acids can reduce the chances of contracting heart disease and some types of cancer.  It’s also important to know that the body cannot produce these essential fatty acids on its own.  These valuable omega 3 benefits must be obtained through diet.  They are mostly found in fish, krill, some plants and nut oils.  It’s important to make sure you are getting omega 3 EPA and DHA fatty acids.  So, if like me, you decide to find a good dietary supplement for your omega 3 benefits, be picky!
