When you’re focused on dropping those unwanted pounds, of course from time to time you’ll want to check how you’re plan is working.  And of course, that’s an understatement!  You’ll probably be checking the scale all the time!  But, please know that weight doesn’t just go down as consistently, or the way you might expect.  It fluctuates.  So, if you’re a bit anxious about it, be sure to check your weight at the same time each day, maybe when you think you’ll be your lightest.  At least this way you’ll get a fair idea of how your plan is working with your metabolism from day to day.

But frankly, even day to day is not the best indication.  Sometimes the body doesn’t metabolize certain foods as fast as others or it holds water unevenly and so on.  So, actually checking weekly or even monthly is the much more accurate way to access your program.  One of the reasons I chose the herbalife diet plans is, besides the cellular nutrition advantage, they come with instructions and information like this so you know what to expect.  For me, it’s a much healthier, much less neurotic way to lose weight!
